Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders received from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, are processed the same day if placed before 1:00 pm, otherwise the following working day if placed after this time or if one of the products is not available in the warehouses.

Orders received on Saturday and/or Sunday are processed the following Monday. The shipment will receive an automatic email notification from the courier with the relevant tracking number, to monitor and manage the status of the shipment independently.
